Established in 2020, Kshiti Yoga is a Bhopal-based yoga brand built on the foundation of experience, healing, and commitment to holistic health. Founded by Nagendra Thakur, a highly skilled yoga professional with over 15 years of experience and a 500-hour International Yoga Alliance certification, Kshiti Yoga was launched at a time when the world was battling the COVID-19 pandemic. As people turned to yoga to boost their immunity and mental resilience, Kshiti Yoga played a crucial role in guiding individuals and families through online yoga sessions, promoting physical strength and emotional calm during those uncertain times.

Before starting his own venture, Nagendra served as a full-time yoga trainer at Sarva Yoga and Diva Yoga, where he helped hundreds of students cultivate discipline, breath control, and inner peace through his grounded teaching style. His journey toward building Kshiti Yoga was inspired by the growing need for accessible, authentic yoga instruction – and a desire to create a trusted platform that could reach students both online and offline.

Joining him in this mission is Ananya Thakur, co-founder of Kshiti Yoga. With 6 years of teaching experience and a 200-hour International Yoga Alliance certification, Ananya brings creativity and specialization in kids’ yoga, yoga therapy, and community-based yoga formats. She previously worked with Ekam Yoga for nearly two years, offering personalized sessions to students across age groups. Known for her engaging teaching methods and empathetic approach, she continues to be a source of inspiration for learners seeking balance and wellness through mindful movement.
